Paul Prichard - President and CEO
Paul has worked on many transactions over his 15 years of Experience. He began as an independent Realtor in 1994 in the Seattle area, and soon developed a keen sense of how to find the best possible deals in Real Estate. He has developed his sharp negotiating skills into a multi- million dollar property acquisition and holding company, and has assembled a team of experts in which to surround himself with. As a strong leader and CEO, Paul is smart, unwavering, and responsible for hundreds of national purchases of distressed homes, where he has made Sellers, Investors, and Renters, the focus of his vision.

Kevin M Mattson - Investor Relations
Kevin is a Partner with Home Advocate Trustees, He joined our firm in 1997, was named a Senior Associate in 1999 and named a Partner in 2002. Mr, Mattson specializes in raising capital from small equity groups, and managing the same. He also oversees our daily operations including our property management department, as well as acquisitions. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Mattson worked in commercial real estate finance and was responsible for Commercial High Rise Financing at Chase Manhattan from 1992-1997, and is now a highly valued member of our firm.
Kevin is a Partner with Home Advocate Trustees, He joined our firm in 1997, was named a Senior Associate in 1999 and named a Partner in 2002. Mark L Farley - Lead Counsel
With a Law Degree in 1989, now a retired Attorney, Mr. Farley now serves as counselor to the firm. He is in charge of all Bank negotiations, and heads up our Legal Department. He is an expert on the Mortgage Derivative financing disaster that has hit our country. His knowledge of how to communicate with the lawyers deep inside the banks REO divisions, has proven invaluable to challenging them on a level that only few understand. He became a partner with Home Advocate Trustees 2004. He was responsible for the design of the our proprietary legal strategies, and is an expert in bank negotiations.

Richard M Vaughn - Acquisitions Director
As and investor himself, Mr.Vaughn has extensive experience in property acquisition. As well as overseeing daily operations in our Acquisition Department, Mr. Vaughn is charged with the mission to continue company growth through expansion of territory, and smart property acquisitions. He is truly the "consummate professional" in everything he does and is adept at dealing directly with the public, and equally as skilled in dealing with banks and attorneys when needed. Mr. Vaughn became a full partner in 2003.

Scott Church - Legal Department Head
Mr. Church has been with our company since 2002, and has developed specialized skills in Real Estate Law, Landlord/Tenant Law, Eviction Law, and advanced Acquisition tactics. As a Senior Staff Member, Mr. Church oversees our daily operations in our legal department. From processing evictions, to dealing directly with the public, as well as with the banks attorneys on acquisition matters, his department handles a wide variety of legal matters on behalf of the company.
